PHI301 - Philosophy of Religion

This course focuses on the religious philosophies of five major religions: Buddhism, Christianity, Hinduism, Islam, and Judaism. Particular attention is given to how each of these religions deals with the fundamental questions of human existence. Students are encouraged to examine the interrelationships of the philosophical systems of thinking among these major religions, as well as get a preliminary overview of the historical and cultural influences on the nature and diversity of the world’s religions.
