SCI216 - Contemporary Applications of the Sciences Lab1.5 credit hour(s) This course is a laboratory exploration of selected topics from the natural sciences (biology, chemistry, and physics). Students will discover how knowledge of basic science principles is a necessity in a modern technological society. Special emphasis will be placed on the development of critical thinking and problem solving skills in an applied setting, understanding and application of the scientific method, and laboratory set up and safety procedures.
