B6032 - Human Resources Management and Talent Development3 credit hour(s) This course is focused on strategic human resource management and integrates talent development and organizational behavior as it relates to guiding organizational performance to achieve key business goals. Human resource budgeting, benefits and employee wellness integrated with the exploration and execution of holistic talent management is emphasized.
