B6405 - Training and Human Resources Development3 credit hour(s) This course explores the roles of training and organizational development in the growth, development, and success of organizations. Organizational development is examined in terms of its history, underlying assumptions, characteristics, components, and different types of interventions. Components of effective training are identified and addressed, including needs assessment, program development, instructional design and delivery, and evaluation.
