B6032 - Human Resources Management and Talent Development

This course is focused on strategic human resource management and integrates talent development and organizational behavior as it relates to guiding organizational performance to achieve key business goals. Human resource budgeting, benefits and employee wellness integrated with the exploration and execution of holistic talent management is emphasized. Included in this overview is understanding how technology plays a pivotal role (HRIS/HRMS) in human resources, as well coordinating the assessment and formulation of policies and procedures for short- and long-range human resource planning, recruiting and selection for both domestic and internal organizations
