DEN 170 - Periodontology

3 credit hour(s)
This course discusses the anatomy and physiology of the periodontium, as well as the histology, etiology, and clinical features of healthy and periodontally involved tissues. Emphasis will be placed on the recognition of perio disease types, and the complex treatment planning for the periodontally involved patient.
