The updates listed in below apply to the 2013-2014 Argosy University Academic Catalog —Graduate Programs | Volume 4, Issue 1 . In addition to correcting errors in the 2013-2014 Argosy University Academic Catalog—Graduate Programs | Volume 4, Issue 1, this addendum compiles new and updated information.
The entries below describe where the new information should be inserted. Students are encouraged to contact their academic advisor or program chair in the event they have any questions regarding changes in program requirements.

Revisions to the Argosy University Academic Catalog — Graduate Programs by Section
Section One, Introduction
Update
The eleventh paragraph under the “Campus-Based Programs ” section of “Accreditation and State Licensing ” has been modified. See revised statement below with update conveyed in red :

The Argosy University, Schaumburg Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling degree program is accredited by The Council for Accreditation of Counseling and Related Educational Programs (CACREP), a specialized accrediting body recognized by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA).

Currently the Clinical Mental Health Counseling program is accredited by CACREP under the 2001 Standards as a Community Counseling program. The second sentence has been revised and should be replaced with the following:
Grades for credits transferred in from any post-secondary institution will be recorded as “TR” in the Student Information System and will not affect the student’s Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA).
Corrections
The corrections described below apply to “Attendance .”
The following should be inserted as the second sentence of the second paragraph under “Argosy University Online Programs ”:
Students enrolled in a 5 week course who fail to meet the attendance requirements for any 2 weeks during a course will be administratively withdrawn from the course.
The third sentence of the second paragraph under “Argosy University Online Programs ” has been modified. The specific update is conveyed below in red :
Students enrolled in a 7.5 week course who fail to meet the attendance requirements for 2 consecutive weeks during a course will be administratively withdrawn from the course.

Correction
The first bullet point under Admission Requirements for the Doctor of Marriage & Family Therapy degree program should be corrected as indicated below (in red):
- A master’s degree in marriage and family therapy or related field of study from a regionally accredited institution, nationally accredited institution approved and documented by the faculty and dean of the College of Behavioral Sciences, or an appropriately certified foreign institution with a minimum of two three-credit hour graduate level courses covering basic family theories and concepts of intervention, as well as one course on individual or group psychotherapy. An applicant who has not had one or more of these three courses or their equivalent may be accepted into the program, but may not register for courses in the DMFT degree program curriculum until this prerequisite has been met. A plan of study incorporating these prerequisite courses may be made available during the admissions interview.

The Digital Resource Fees should be corrected as follows. The digital resource fee for master’s courses should be $85 and the digital resource fee for doctoral course should be $95.
Correction
The Housing Fee for Clinical Psychology Retreat listed in the campus-specific chart for Argosy University, Chicago should be $500.
